Your e-book, videos should teach people something they love to learn and your software must do the manual work faster so the user can have some spare time. Just having a product does not get you money, it should be promoted to the right kind of audience to get more sales.

You can also use an affiliate program on your website and offer a commission for affiliates who help you sell the product, this will increase the number of sales and the income for you and your affiliates.

If you choose to go for the second method to start an online business i.e., sell other people's stuff for commission, then you have many advantages on your side. You do not have own or create a product and you do not have to provide customer support because all this is taken care by the merchant of the product. The best of all it is a free method where you don't have to invest any money.

You are just an affiliate who should make more sales to get more commissions. Internet marketing is a pool of opportunities for beginners to make some extra cash online with no investment.
